Acceptance into Building STEPS is achieved through a competitive application process that begins the spring of students’ sophomore year. Students eligible to apply must meet the follow threshold criteria:

Rising high school junior at one of the following schools:

Digital Harbor High School
Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School
Woodlawn High School
Randallstown High School
Milford Mill Academy
Forest Park High School
